hey guys i was just wondering, what is the widest wheel you can fit under the back of a 1200 ute if u tub the rear end of it. would it be possible to fit 17 x 12 inch wheels, or would that require moving the chassis rails in more. also what is the widest wheel u can fit with out any tubbing

As far as mini tubbing goes, you're basically just extending the inner tubs a fraction and squaring them off.
I'm unsure of the maximum tub width before it becomes a full tub, but if you can find that out, you'll know exactly how wide your wheels can be (depending if you use flares or not)

8 1/2'' tyre is the widest u are aloud on the street... (legally) withhout tubs u can only max out 215's under stock gaurds with liped and rolled..295's is a 10'' tyre which is what is suited for drag racing.. as maximum size for the ass end of a ute!
