Trim on door

OK, you know that chrome/silver trim on the outside of the door a the window level?

How do you get that off without breaking or bending things?

I assume you mean on a coupe. I
just leveredmine off carefully with a screwdriver.

If you mean the door trim with the rubber wiper, then you need to look for rusty stains where the clips are. There's normally 3 or 4 of them over the length. Lever the trim off at those points. Use the widest screwdriver you can find that fits underneath, using a little one will put little dents in the trim.

I have been sanding back my car all day and I have inhaled more bog than a german porn star.

I am talkign about hte chrome trime on the outside of the door at the bottom of the window frame.
I t doesn't seem to want to budge and I have this bad feeling that I will bend or destroy it...
Oh well... Here goes nothing...
