I scored a u11 fwd turbo bluebird for$11.50
it even has a turbo timer. Im ratting it for parts and was wondering, the motor is 1800 sohc does anyone know how much boost these motors made stock? The reason I ask is I plan to put the turbo on my sunny (draw through). Im gonna use a more or less stock motor (apart from maybe an a15 head)and I dont want to f*** anything if I can help it. Later on down the track Ill purpose build a donk for turboing(and then boost the living christ out of it) but for now
I want things to befairly chilled and reliable.
the turbo is air research ( m10?) if thats any help.
Also does anyone know the thickness of a stock head (unplaned) from rocker cover sealing face to block face?
And one final question to save me seaching(the search bar doesnt like me much) what would the comp ratio be on an a12 with an a15 head?
