Hi I think I know the ones you are looking for.
They are commonly known as aircraft landing lights, they were originally made by a company by the name of "KENT" they were bought out by "HELLA"you can buy spare parts thru your local sparky or whoever sells Hella products.
I have a set and they are bloody good with a brilliant white light and full 360 deg adjustment.
