Why am i finding it next to impossible to upload pics to my member page.

I keep getting the "no upload or file to big" errors...my file size is under the max limit only about 892x713 and 146kb.

Not happy Jan!!!!!!!
Is it me or a problem others are experiencing also?????

the max limit is 100kb from memory. 99kb or under
