I know I'm pissing up a rope trying to mess w/ such a small engine but what can I expect from it? Can somone give me an idea of what the car weighs in stock form? Are there any HOT ROD parts for the A engines, I can make just about anything like Headers, intake manifolds and that sort a thing so how about cams, better heads, you guys know what I meen right?

Oh and has anyone used "NITROUS" on a A series engine? Whats the fastest 1/4 mile time that has came from a A series?

The A13 has a bit more torque, but same HP rating as the A12. Built A14s/A15s can run 15-second quarter miles.

apparently some have amnaged 12 second passes with worked a15 engines, big $$ spent. these are atmo engine i believe, so no turbos or s/chargers. dunno about nos though.

someone was racing a stock 1200 coupe at western sydney drags on saturday & ran regular 17.3's.this compares to later model cars doing 18's ie a n12 pulsar turbo.can't remember the mph,though.
