Why would you walk past a car like my 1000 and smash the #### out of the wing mirror, and snap off the aerial .......fucking losers .

Anyway, its the LHS one and i desperatly need a new one, if anyone has a set that would be good to (thats 2 left and 1 right total) as my other 1000 doesnt have them.

I Am willing to pay whatever it takes but needs to be in top condition.

Please help it hurts to look at the old girl.

no good cal if the 1000 i have still had mirrors you could have them cos it's sad your car doesn't have them but alas it doesn't.

I asked myself the same questions a couple years ago. I parked my car at a friend's house one night and went out and when I returned to my car the next day I saw that some idiot had literally smashed apart my driver's side mirror, they just ripped it off the car and bashed it apart. Some people saw it happen and yelled at the kid doing it, but they didn't really get a good look at him cause it was at night. What bothered me most was that they stripped the screw holes to mount the mirror, so even though I had a replacement mirror I could never get the mirror tight on like it was before. If I ever caught someone doing anything to any of my cars I would beat the hell out of them. I have a hard enough time letting anyone work on my cars with the things that I can't do myself (alignment, exhaust work/welding). I can't even let tire shops do their normal routine...I have to tell the dudes every time DO NOT USE AN IMPACT WRENCH when you put the wheels back on, and even if you tell them they still do it sometimes, so I will sit and watch like a hawk anything anyone is doing to my cars.

I just don't understand why people would mess with a classic or fixed up car. I hate people that do that crap!

at least it was only one of them, som bastards kicke dof both of mine, tering the bolts through the door metal slightly (thicker bolts on the older aftermarket mirrors.
