Find a NGK stockist and put some decent leads on, You'll pay nearly the same price for lower grade repco ones as you will for some half decent Jappa ones.

The top gun ones are pretty similar to the repco equivalent, pursue NGK is my recommendation, or go genuine, if quality is what your after. try
super cheap auto

There is topgun standard equivalent which are 5-7ml or theres the 8.8ml which i want to know if they are any good

the standard ones are on there and are not that good

Im assuming the fatter lead is fatter cause it has more insulation is this correct?
Cause thats what i want!

Yes, the fatter ones have more insulation. Does that make them 'better'?
Maybe, but new stock ones will work perfectly. In other words, why
stop at 8.8mm, why not get 10mm leads, it's got to be even better yet, right?
