A15TT camshaft

i got the specs on the camshaft the a15tt has in it

time for you guys to laugh and tell me how bad it is for boost: (no seriously i'd like to know cause im thinking of getting a new block for injection / low comp setup so i get a stock cam again)

Wade Cam
Grind No.: 113
Lift at lobe: .262"
Running clearance ex:. .014" in .014"
timing
ex: open 66 deg close 30 deg
in: opens 30 deg close 65 deg
Lift at TDC No.1 inlet follower .050"

so yeah i dont know jack about cams, let me know how it suits or doesnt???

Yeah I am in the same boat when it comes to what cam specs mean.
Hopefully Feral or someone can shed some light.

Mines for my still unproven Injected A15T
These are just numbers to me that Jeff Taylor pulled out of his head when he sent my cam to Melbourne somewhere for its regrind.

On the tag there is a diagram which I thinks means Duration or Separation, its: 114 deg
Lift at lobe : 0.268"
Tappets: 0.008"
Timing
Ex: open 76 deg, close 22 deg
In: open 26 deg, close 70 deg
Lift at TDC inlet follower: 0.045"

Its a bit different to yours but hopefully someone will shed some light

Any can grinder worth his salt should be able to tell you if it will be suitable for force feeding.
I would strongly reccomend getting a cam pupose ground for the job (I did).

I have a "CROW" Custom Turbo Grind Cam for a15 a14 a12 ,,, FORSALE .. a good Turbo Grind is one with little over lap at TDC .. lobe seperation at TDC 110 to114deg work well ..

Its ideal for a turbo. The duration is low and lift is not much more than stock so loads on valve gear are reduced.
