Looks fine but i havent put a straight edge over the mating surface yet and i havent checked the guides or the valve seats. Ran fine when i last used it though.
It was originally off an A14 but don't worry it's the real deal, high comp chambers and oval intake ports.

I had no idea there were different heads for the 1200 - 1500. Thought they were all interchangeable. Learn a new thing everyday.

So obviously i couldn't tell you if this will fit onto your engine.

The method of providing oil to the cylinder head was changed after '73, when they moved the distributor etc. The heads will swap between the two, but you need to do a small mod to ensure that oil reaches the rockers, otherwise,...you don't want to think about it.
