Could anyone here tell me if a Twin SU 1000 inlet manifold made by 'LYNX' is a direct bolt-on fit for a late model (84) 1200 ?
I`ve asked around but no one seems to know!
Any input greatly appreciated.

i was looking for my 1000 inlet manifold and it apprears to be abit smaller in the ports and also thinner diametr runners, cant find a spare 1200 manifold lying around to compare.
compared to an a series su manifold, the 1000 manifold has the bolts vertically, but the later a series manifold has the bolt on the side, horizontally.
the ports are smaller on the 1000 one but same spacing apart as latter manifold, just different mounting. so i guess with our looking, you may have to adapt 1000 mounting points to put on 1200 or greater head.

I'd be glad to tell you if I knew, but I have never seen an A10 inlet manifold. I don't think an A-series engine that small ever made it to the US.

The inlet manifold match on both heads, the A10 and the A12 are the same. I self run the hitachi su's on a A10 head. I just enlarged the ports, eveything else match perfekt. See picture on www.datsuncherry.ch
