I was at the wreckers today, and I was doing a parts survey on a U12 Pintara 1991 model.

I found that the wiring loom from the CA20E is Handy

I found that the Front Pulley( balancer) is the same as the CA18DE Exa FWD Pulley.

I found that the CA20 doesn't have a knock sensor, the block has the boss where the hole is on a CA18DE/T, but there is no hole, and no knock sensor.

I also found that the A/C parts from a U12 Pintara would be good on a CA18DET/1200, even with a custom exhaust manifold, the A/C compresser is very compact. But You'd want to still use the 1200 Ute headunit.

Anyway, I left the wreckers with the wiring loom, and Front Pulley in mint condition for $50. The wiring loom has all of the fuses and relays in their own neat little boxes.
