What does the noise sound like? Are the tires rubbing?

It's difficult to even suggest a cause without hearing it.

Put WD40 all between the leaf springs. When they dry out they make creaking noises when you diagonally turn into a steep driveway. If this fixes it, you need to pull out the leaf springs and clean/grease them with a thin film of thick molybdenum grease for between the leaves.
The clamps that hold the springs together are normal steel and are easily leavered apart. Use a g-clamp to hold the leaves together while you undo the bolt that hold the leaves together in the centre. Be careful to assemble the leafs in the same order, and in the same direction. Mark them before you disassemble.
Could also be the rubbers in the leave spring eyelets. They probably need a good grease up too.

Another cause could be that the spring shackle bushes are worn. This would allow the diff to move a small amount, maybe enough to put extra strain on the uni joint, causing a bit of noise.
Happened on my Rodeo, I thought it was a wheel bearing from the noise that it made around some corners.
