Ok time to bring the topic up There is a very good cahance my ute will be finnished in time for the summernats so i thought id see who going.
Il be Entering Go to Whoa, grass events, and of course the burnout comp.I havent seen a datto in a Burnout comp for years so it should be good.
So who is up for it.

Just about summernats. I heard you ACTDAT guys are havin a cruise. Now are you driving through the nats or just around canberra. I haven't been before but heard you have to enter to get your car in the gates? Can Tommy or one of you Canberra guys let me know cause I want to come down for a cruise when its on....

Yes you do have to enter to cruise in exhibition park.

well wat we did last year was, meet up, cruise canberra, join all the traffic going 2 the nats(lots of cameras where on us there), then go past the nats, then pull up on the main road outside the nats!!. Um so we dont actually go in, but around the area. We will be definately havin acruise, so can i see how many ppl here will be interested by sendin me a pm, so i can pass it on 2 the ACTDAT ppl so we can organise everythin.

Yeah definately coming down, prolly only for the day so let me know when the best day to come down will be and I'll do detail and come down..... Never been before so I'm pretty pumped. Ute won't be fully finished yet but what can you do.... I'll still come down for a cruise.

I've been to the Nats about 4 times.

It's great. I'd love to go down as a group, and park/camp inside Natex, that's "the real nats experience".

I don't know if I'll be ready for the Nats.

my parents live at queanbeyan and will be over seas so i have a place to stay

i will be taking the ute and am thinking of entering but with the auto it will make the driving events fairly slow.

but as said before- you canberra guys let us know a date, time and place for a datsun cruise!

im already entered i tick the boxes for every driving event. Il be camping inside sleeping in the back of the ute anyway.
Il be cruising down thursday morning as my scrutineering is at 9am.
You should entered nys come in the burnout comp with me just for laughs.
