I'm gonna score an SR20Det for $125, less the turbo. It is partly dissasambled, and has a melted piston (too much boost not enough fuel).
Good deal or what?

I saw one on trade me a day or so ago for $800 complete (and was running), so I guess if you can get a turbo & rebuild it for less then yes its a good deal.

Sounds good to me, I picked up an SR20 NA a couple of weeks back that had run the cam bearing due to low oil....it was free seeing I was clearing their workshop of what they called rubbish.
