yo not that i know much but a 32/36 will fit a datsun 1200 the same as a DCOE weber can fit a 1600 or a 1200. Almost.

you need an adapter plate to fit onto your stock manifold. ref HERE

i found this info using the search button.
i say bid on it (or wait till 1 min left then bid) eheh

performance wise you should expect a definite improvement. i had a huge improvement from my stock 1200 carb to a single DCOE. (although i also had extractors by then)
a bloke i met who owns these datsun's has been using his 32/36 for many many years on his bored A15 - he says it goes well and has great consumption, even highway driving.

It will extend your power band, it's very nice if you want to spend time above 5000 rpm. You may lose a bit below that, and probably will lose some smoothness (throttle response).

My DGV came from a Datsun 1600 and needed considerable re-tuning for an A12. Like any carburetor, it can be tricky to get right air bleeds, emulsion tubes, etc for the new engine.
