Which would be the best value for money and performance? Opting for the series 2 bluebird dizzy and putting the A series drive gear in it or the points-to-optic igniton unit that Crane Cams has??

A bloke quoted 480 for the Crane igntion and i know that Feral has those units on DatRats.com.au but what is needed to change the bluebird dizzy to be compatible with the A series engine? It will still be running on the cam if using the bluebird dizzy wont it?
Do i need a better coil? balast resistor? new plugs, leads etc?

Anyone played with both of these units? or knowledge of these two units, like difference, reliability etc twould be great...

Oh also my A15 flywheel has lost a fair few teeth off the ring gear and the shop said it aint worth lighting it if its that shagged, would the A12 flywheel fit or how much would new teeth be or should i look in a wreckers?

Cheers
Dave

go to a wreckers and get urself an a12 flywheel, theyre lighter than the a15 one and are piss easy to find in a 120y or sunny, best thing is itll only cost about 30 bucks.
