Here it comes again!

I need help finding an LSD for a Vanette C220 (european build C120, H190A(ML) rear axle.

OE Open diff has 4.111 final gear ratio, 30x29t and 12mm (very important) ring gear bolts.

It is possible this axle config may sound strange to some of you, but remember it was build in Europe for Europe, with a lot of different ratios.

Problem for me is that axles used on US models were not necessarily used on European models.
I know that some swedish Vanette C220 with H190A(ML)had OE LSD part number 38420-G7010 (still available at Nissan europe) with final drive gear *****-V7300 (4.111) .
My open diff also has *****-V7300 final gear.
So, I need to find someone who knows what US car used 38420-G7010 OE LSD, and then I can find aftermarket and compare.

Any info will be appreciated,

What makes you think any USA spec NISSAN came with an H190 LSD?

Nissan Competition Dept. used to sell the LSD units, but those are NLA.

Yeah, I'm looking for a LSD H190 diff too, hopefully 3.9. Does anyone know what cars these come in?

There is lot of Variations of H190s ,, with different carrier off sets.....the main classes of offset are "A" "B" OR "C" then the newer H190s have 12mm ringear bolts and early ones
are 10mm or 3/8 unf bolts .. Most aftermarket LSDs are for the 12mm ring gear bolt.. SO you might be in luck ..and you would need a "B" carrier
Isent a fax to with my dimensions of my carrier to place in the USA for a 4.11 metal centre
{different place
to andrews Brand and web page ]
and they claimed that the latter lsds would not fit the earlier carrier .. but didnt really say why only the offset was different .. and they listed 3 different carrier off sets .. Dont think that the "A" means for a ALLOY CENTRE DIFF as it dosent ... AL means ALLOY Centre And ML means Metal.. Iam after a LSD center as well ..

Nissan Motorsports US catalogue is talking about.
H190A(ML) with 12 mm ring gear and 4.111 ratio, is known as (B) gears and suit the LSD with partnumber 38420-G7010.

THIS LSD IS STILL AVAILABLE in Europe, Japan and the US.
I asked Nismo in Japan to check availability, answer=STOCK, I asked Cline Laurel of Nissan Motorsports US, answer=NO STOCK in the US, but still to order in Japan, I asked Nissan Europe, answer= NO STOCK, but still to order in Japan.
Price is 850

BTW: You certainly know about the Datsun Roadster using the early H190(A) type diff.

As this LSD is defenitly NLA everywhere, Nismo partnumber was 38400-RS800, I asked Nismo how much units are neccessary to production started again.
Why? A lot of my fellow roadster nuts and myself are behind this diff for our roadster
