are the ute diffs and wagon diffs the same do they come in a lsd if not what is the best diff that will fit with out major mods

as far as i know the wagons come with 4.1 alloy centre but are only equivalent to a 1200 sedan or coupe diff (H1?5).

No the wagon and utes have different diffs
wagon H145
ute H165

but they are changable, just do a search for this as it has been done many times before and discussed even more....
