32/36 A14 linkage question

I got the linkage kit but I just don't see how it mounts on. The bracket seems to hit an adjustment screw when I mount it in the place that I see as the best place. Does anyone have pictures or advice to get me going?

I have never done this set up, but ask A14force as he has done some interesting things over the years
