Hi, it was a good meet today.
It was good to meet everyone in person.
I will be putting those flyers we got from wombat under the wipers of tidy datsuns I see around in launie. especially 1200's 120y's, 1600's etc

So hopefully we get some new members.

Well what a day huh!! good to put names to faces and see the cars that our faithful owners drive..
Dat16 ive just noticed how good your ute sounds, i love the sound or crack of exhausts like that - good backpressure for down reving

I have just posted some pics of my engine and what not in the photo album, have a look and tell me what you think!! I went a bit crazy after today with my sis's digital camera
We will have to make that meet a set date and then maybe even a cruise!! And we never know, the wagon MITE make an apperance....

Dave

hello tom.
Thanks for putting the great pics of the datto's on here, keep up the good work.
Next time I may bring out the green beast, if it's looking like a fine day.
Yours goes quite well for a car thats been sitting around for about 10 years.
Thats Datsun reliability though.
Anyway cant wait for the next meet.
Have you handed out any of the flyers yet, that wombat gave us? I haven't yet, but I will track those Datsun's down.
Carparks are a great starting point, to find some potential datto's for the club.

Great to talk to you. Seeya.

it sure was great to finally meet up with all you guys. Seeing the cars there makes me want to hurry up and get the Cherry on the road.
I drove around Launy for a short while after and saw a few more Datsuns. A nice red 4 door 120Y the green 2 door Sunny and a 200B wagon driven by a granny.

hi all.
I have put 2 of wombats flyers under a couple of datto's.
One was a very straight and very tidy white 1200 sedan, and the other was a guy I know that owns a green sunny coupe with mags and a turbo badge one the back.
I am still hunting them down though.
Also next time you see the engine bay of my white coupe, you will all have to put on your sunglasses and a pair of white gloves.
After the last meet I decided to get stuck into the engine bay.
Great to talk to you all. bye for now.
