the engine is newer most probebly from a 120y or sunny you will have to make up some plates about 2 or 3 inches long and drill them out to fit the engine mounts
go have a look at te tech section then look under engine advice then how to fit a a14 /a15 engine
it shhould give you an idea

It sounds like you have an old a12 if the alternator is near the bottom hose its an old a12. what car is it in?

Hi Nino, this engine swap is not hard just compare the two engines and take a note on what bits are in different places and it will make it a lot easier when you go to bolt it in.
What are you doing with your old engine ? I am chasing all the alternator mounting hardware let me know what you would want for them
