The head i have on my a14 has a EGR port on the front next to the thermostat.
I was just cruious if any one knew what modle datos had this set up & what year.
Cos i thaught it was a water galerie until i saw flame shoot out of it. But thats a long story dont go there.

The head you describe is not really suited to performance application as there is a hole just behind each of the exhaust valves. Get the holes in the ports pluged up and your right to go.

Early Pulsar comes to mind, that had lots of polution gear onboard.
