does anyone know if a stock 1200 ute as in not lowered, no rolled guards etc etc will fit the superlites in a 15" say by 6 without rubbing?
Seems my 14" that were meant to be 3 weeks away have turned into 6 weeks 'cause they forgot to order them.
Now I'm thinking 'bout 15's

Chris

15s are a tougher fit.

If you have 14s, use 185/55/14 or 195/50/14 tyres on the front.

The 195/50/15s JUST fit. But the guards need a fair bit of rolling.

hey dattodude thanks for your help

i thought this might be the case

so are 185 55 14 really the pick i saw a set of 185 60 14 on another and thought this was the norm.

Then again I suppose 5% of 185 isnt that much................actually its almost 10mm

mmmm.................what to do

185 60r fit perfect on my stock ute back in the day only slight rub a full turn.... the 15inch suprelites have more spokes.... you have to decide which looks better... my ute has 14s and Kegs on here has 15s... there is pic's in both our albums to compare mate

There can a be a superlite group on this site soon a few coming out the wood work..

Im pretty sure that the new 15 inch design has been revised and now only has 8 spokes.

hmmm intresting .....did not know that. Must be to get bigger space's bettween the spokes so eveyone can see the huge flash brakes you may have installed, thats the new style now couldnt see anything behind the old dragways!

You can get 8 spoke 15 inch minilites from Rimmer Brothers in the UK, the Triumph guys get them in instead of 10 spoke Superlites
