You will be able to and I recommend you buy one new. Any spareparts or brake parts shop. Depending on how smart the spartparts shop is will determine how much trouble it will take. But brake shop will be no worries

just a tip....when you get a new one and go to install it check to see how the brake pedal push rod in your car seats into the existing master cylinder before you remove it, then with the new one put the push rod in and check to see that it doesn't push the plunger in any further than where it sits before the plunger is installed.
if it does push in, you may find the brakes 'sticking on' as the fluid can't bleed back into the master from the brakes.
learnt ths one the hard way but solved it thanks to ange .....

edit - shouldn't cost more than around $120au, bought one not lolng ago from a brake place.

been done two ways i know of ...
ange made up a new push rod similar to that in the 120y but a heap shorter to suit.
i attacked mine with an angle grinder and ground the head of the push rod right back till it sat flush with the conicle washer.
