I just ordered the pertronix ignitor off and american site for $63usd + $7.50usd shipping which works out with the current exchange rates to just under $95aud. Pretty good I think. Goodbye points.

rb20 your picture inspired me. I was so close to paying over $200 for a crane fireball kit. Pertronix may not be as good but is more in my value for money zone. Dont care about large increases in spark voltage I just want to be rid of the points.

Increased spark voltage a bonus for me. The main aim was just to remove the points. Although points arent as bad as some make out. Just file, set gap and timing every few weeks. Not that hard.
