Extractors?

Do a12 extractors fit an A15? I know the A15 has more studs for the manifold but is that the only difference? Are the exhaust ports from the a15 larger then the ports on an a12? I know that sounds obvious but I just want to know if my extractors will fit the a15 I am picking up friday!!

Lastly are the intake manifolds from an A12 different in port shape to an A15?
Thanks.

inlet manifolds are both different shape and different mount/studs. but the extractors will fit perfect.

so a webber manifold for an a12 is not going to fit an a15.

And I would guess flywheels and the like are interchangeable?

What does that mean. I am hoping to fit the engineon fri night when I pick it up and then spend sat making the exhaust so it is ready by sunday!!

If I take the flywheel from the 120y a 12 and bolt that to the a15 with the a12 clutch will it work?

Also the A15 is out of a van so the sump will need to be swapped with the 120y sump but what else????

The a15 flywheel have caught a few people I know by surprise. Could be to do with the different sources for the a15.

Someone who is a15 familiar try and help this guy out.

Ready for Sunday? Realistic timeframes are the last thing most people learn when working on Dattos Good Luck all the same.

I am, used to stupid time frames. I fitted Turbo, intercooler, injectors and Wolf 3d in one weekend to my missus car....this should be fairly simple compared to that.

Well show us the video.

Well it is 1am sat morning and after getting home at 7:30 fri night after picking up the a15 it is in!! All done except for the carbie and radiator. Tha carbie was rooted and half missing so I am hoping to get hold of an adaptor later today (satutday) so I can bolt my 32/36 on.

It was a piece of cake.....everything fitted....I used the sump from the a15 which was identical to the 120y sump and the a15 clutch was brand new and appears to be working as it should with the 120y box.

Man I sure hope I can get an adaptor before sunday....
