Yeah sedan grills have only got 5screws + the headlight surrounds whilst the coupe is like 8. My sedan when i bought it had a coupe plastic grill. To fit this the bloke just pot riveted little brakets in the right spots. You could do the same but the other way around.

was thinking that or just drilling grill to fir existing brackets, but with the sedan grill on the coupe, the eyebrow surrounds dont fir as well.

i got a sedan grill on my ute no problems. for the grill itself, i just got some 30mm gutter bolts, and drilled 4 holes in the panel behind the grill. its not tight, as there's a gap in some parts between the grill and the bit behind it. i just put double nuts on the bolts to stop them coming loose. mount the eyebrow's first. just drill holes where its supposed to go.

oh, and i like your taste... looks much better!!!

i was thinking also threaded rod with double nuts and washers, same as the gemini radiator setup but with wing nuts on the inside.

1200rc prefers the coupe grill though.... i think the metal looks nicer.

will try over the weekend.

metal is alot better. Plastic just looks cheap and is too modern looking for a 1200. Chrome and polished stuff is old skool bling.
