i just brought an 81 1200 ute after being lost for 5 years after selling my old 84 one this 1 is a project thats in vgc except for the person who had it before me has installed power assisted front disc brakes and made an abortion of it i need some info on how to fix this for a roadworthy(safty certificate) has anyone put this in a ute and how did you do it

I used a LA/LB Lancer Booster and master, I don't know which model mines out of, it bolts straight up to the 1200 mounting holes in the firewall, only other mod is to just drill a slightly bigger hole in your brake pedal to fit the new pin through.

thanks for the tip but it looks like the guy that had it before me has tried to put this booster in 3 times and still didnt get it right now im left with 6 holes around a big hole and no original mounting holes left. i'll try and plate it up and start over again with your idea cheers
