The B20 ute was introduced for the 1968 year model & were produced untill the last one rolled out the door in December of 1969 as a 1970 model.

My parts book says they weighed in at 615 Kg or 1,356 Lb

There was a very nice one foir sale on ebay recently.

Before you have stars dancing in front of your eyes regarding engine swaps, perhaps it would be a good idea to measure up an engine bay & take into consideration the fact that the front crossmember can't be moved in the same way as the later models cam.
B10/20's have a fairly shallow engine bay between the underside of the bonnet & the crossmember, & if your new engines sump doesn't fit in, then you may have some work to do. The trans tunnel is quite small too, so some floor surgery will likely be required.
