hmm,theres notmuch u cando witha L20b. cheap.
depending on how u are with a welder, and mechenics and ####. maybe a suck throo turbo setup? u wont have ne change out of 500 bux i dont think. a secondhan T25 turbs will cost about 250. time u get everything set up. etc. i dunno.
