Whats the general consenses on these carbs? Pretty much just like webers and dellortos im guessing?
Are they very hard to tune and source parts/linkages etc for?

dont bother about them...hard to get parts for and expensive...no where near as easy to tune as webers....

Its just theres a set on ebay (40mm ones) with a GX or oval port manifold for a Datsun and there going for under 300 atm... Are they really alot harder to tune that webers? What more is involved?

physically, tuning all sidedrafts are the same.But finding the right jets for the solex carbs are a pain in d ass.
