Repco sells the PBR ones for the L series. Not cheap...but are new. They are from the series 1 and 2 bluebirds.....

no sorry i should have been clearer, i talked to my mate and he meant the ones tens and twenties or dimlight were showing pictures of, from the sprite club car that replaces the fork on the A series gearboxes it's the round sleeve that expands.....

Feral sells hydrolic throw out bearings, which as you say is a ring that expands out wards thus engauging the clutch evenly.
Although I think the price was around $350.
