L18 electronic distributor swap

I am new to datsun motors. I am currently building a nissan pickup w/ a L18 motor and would like to make the swap to a electronic ignition. I have found info on how to make the swap for the A-series motors. Would it be the same or similar? What do I need to know and where do I need to go to find this out? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

justin,whereabouts in the world are you?if you're in australia,just find a series 2 bluebird
with electronic ignition,then grab the distributor & coil,& fit the distributor to the engine.if you're in new zealand or america,or somewhere else,thats a 910 nissan sedan.please put you're details in the appropriate place,so i/we can answer the question accurately.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.
