Are the B210 and B310 front springs interchangable and are one of them longer than the other?

I put some b310 springs in my b210 struts today and the car is riding high.

Maybe I overlooked something as I thought the springs were the same length, strength, and diameter.

anyone done this swap?

(b310 springs into a 120y)

If you thought that they were the same, then why swap them?

id say the sunny springs are longer,as the sunny struts are the longest of the lot.so get out the wire brush & some cheap spray paint, flat black or otherwise & recondition them.

The tech section here says that the b310 springs are actually shorter than b210 springs.

according to the tech section..

http://datsun1200.com/modules/nsectio ... p?op=viewarticle&artid=68

b210 front coil spring
free length = 375mm / 388mm (w/ac)

b310 front coil spring
free length = 381mm / 375mm (A12A)

this making me confused.. :(
as i thinking getting 240z spring into my b310,

cause i read that B310 and B210 strut is the same,
and someone is using 240z spring with cutting out one coil for their B210 strut..
