Hi again,
Further to the last post, when I tighten the bearing caps the crank locks up ( I put them back in the right order...same shells etc).
Maybe I'm overtightening them? I set them to 50lb foot.
Help !

even if you think you have them in the right order you might have them in backwards undo them turn them 180' and then try again.
