Just wondering if anyone out there can point me in the right direction . I am looking for a bolt on disc brake conversion kit for my 1000 2 dr sedan

there are only a few people on it but they are 1000 owners and a few have surely done conversions for front brakes (me for one dattoman for another!) and have some good ideas i am sure

Glad to see another 1000 owner in the Far North. I am in Cairns, and 1000's are pretty thin on the ground up here.

Dattoman 1000 makes the only true Bolt on setup,anything else will involve fabrication or modification of some sort.

I made a bolt on disc brake kit for my 1000. I made light weight aluminium front hubs and caliper brackets. You will need to get 2 sunny front discs (with the bolts that hold it to the std hub) and a pair of late model Camira aluminium front Calipers with the flexible line and the caliper bolts. Then I can make a you some hubs and caliper mounts, thats it... There not a ventilated disc, but your only pulling up a 650kg car.
