how many people have webers on their A10 1000s and did it make any difference if so could be interested in getting one

With a bit of work done to the head and a more agressive cam it would make a lot of difference.

Go for it I say.

Are you using an A10 head or an oval port head, Weber manifolds are available for both.

Would an A12 GX head bolt up? That could be a fun little motor, would take some small chokes though.
