While fixing the dodgy mounts in my ute, I found one of the rubbers was broken in half, but it seems there's two types, which do I need? I have a '71 ute with later model engine (modded mounts)

any help appreciated,

-Tyrie

Both sides use the same rubber mounts on both early and late models. Usually only flat plate is bolted to the mount when fitting to the different crossmembers.

I asked at an auto parts store and they said there were different ones for up to '73 and '73 onwards. I have flat plate against the block in order to clear the extractors.

maybe they might use the sunny style mounts, but at most you will have to drill the holes bigger for the bigger studs.
Any engine mount roughly the same thickness with the studs directly opposite each other, will do the job.
