Yes it will fit nicely. I have done this conversion before. i had to make my own clutch pedal bracket cause NISSAN didn't put a bracket there for the auto models. I'm trying to remember ,but I think you have to turn the trans mount backwards too. It's been a while since I had to do one.

I had to make an " L " shaped bracket to weld to the side of the auto box. First don't forget to pre- fit this bracket so you will know where to drill the holes for the pedal's piviot pin. There is a place under the hood for the clutch master, but it has a blockoff plate there. it is just bolted there. I had a 78 model b210GX for alot of the parts , including the clutch pedal. worked like a charm

the changeover is pretty simple.just get a manual clutch pedal & put it into the auto pedal box.use the auto crossmember, but use the back two of the three mounting holes.you'll just have to elongate one or two of the holes,a sharp round file will make quick work of this.you then remove the little cover plate over the hole the clutch cable comes through & youre away.you just have to bridge out the neutral safety switch,so the car will turn the starter motor.& the kickdown switch makes a good actuator for a nitrous system

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

I don't know about the right hand drive one but the U.S. version don't have an extra box under the dash for the clutch pedal, that's why I had to make my own "L" bracket to weld to the side ,and box it in.

Are you gonna use the same engine that was mated to the automatic tranny? The reason I ask is cause here in the US the A-14 engine with an automatic has a lip on the end of the crankshaft that might have to be ground down with a grinder to mate to the manual tranny. Then you will be set to mate them together. Just remembering what it took it's been a while since I done that conversion.
