Bug? "Edit" Button in Photo Album doesn't work properly!

I just uploaded a photo.

I then clicked the 'edit' button to correct a spelling mistake.

I then hit the update button after selecting the photo again, and it deleted the photo permanently.

Even if I try to re-upload the photo the page goes blank and the original pic is not restored.

Help!
