with engine running :
1- Take off all air filter box
2- with one hand high accelerate on carb. cable - with other open hand cover the carb until the engine almost stops . Do that 4 or 5 times .
3- After that , check points and condenser

grab a can of "carby cleaner". it does a good job for something that takes no time at all to use. another thing, does this A15 have manual or electronic choke? it might be something to do with that.
