Hey guys.
Just like to share a bit about what im building and maybe get some comments and suggestions .
Im a 1/4 way though building an a15 for my 2door 1200 wagon. Things that are going to get done to the engine :
40mm Dellortos
Extractors
Ported/polished, planed head with double valve springs.
Roller rockers
Balanced bottom end
Lightened flywheel
More than likely an oil cooler
Cam
Bigger exhaust system
Electric fan
Electronic ignition
Electronic fuel pump
and then going to get some dished mini/superlite style mags and some coil overs for the front with some bigger brakes. 5 speed gearbox.
Nolathane bushes through the front.
Going to try find a decent looking front lip and maybe some fender mirrors
Panel and paint (green)

Soooooo thats about it. And that'll only cost a bit

What do you think. Wont happen all at once but over a ong time as funds are lacking but im hoping for a pretty fast datto when finished.

Any suggestions on things i can do are very welcome aswell as comments,

Cheers guys

Sounds like you have the basis of a nice engine there. Just be wise with your cam choice especially seeing its a street car. Too small and all the other mods go to waste and too large you end up with a pig that only wants to operate properly at the upper end of the scale making it useless to drive normally when needed. Although in saying that i personally lije driving camed up things that are a little rough to drive especially when you give your mate a go and you realise your the only one that can drive the thing.
