Yes you'd fit. Wouldnt recommend a ute if you want comfort and your tall. Im short a i sill feel a little cramped in them. Sedan, coupes and wagons have plenty of room to move the seats right back. Low seats would help too.

You could try mounting your seat lower, even if it is in a set position. Also my 6'2 friend fits easily in my 1000 coupe

I'm 6'3" and am not comfortable in a sedan or a ute with standard seats i.e. couldn't drive the way I like to. However in a coupe I have heaps of room - seat leans back far enough so that I have head room, my arms are not tangled up in the wheel and my legs fit under the wheel.
Go the coupe.

I'm 6' i think (not too good with imperial) and i'm quite comfortable in my ute (more comfortable to drive than dads patrol ute). My seat is higher than most i think. This actually increases the distance to the pedals which makes the fit better. Lower is definately not always better.

There's plenty of thin race seats around that would help you. If there's a will there's a way.

i definitely had to move my seat mounting back, but then i also had to move my steering wheel toward me also with an adapter ... but it was all good to the end

You will fit but for ultimate comfort either buy a race seat or does as Matt did and move the mounts back.My buddy is 6 2" ish and 275lbs and my 1200 racer was his daily driver. Welcome to 1200's !!!

I'm installing Mazda Miata seats this weekend in my coupe. By the looks of things, the Mazda adjusting tracks will give me an extra 2-3 inches of legroom. (I don't care about legroom for passengers in the back seat)

I'm 6'1", and while my Coupe isn't what I'd call roomy, I'm okay with it as is. My right foot does get slightly uncomfortable with the throttle position, so the extra bit of room will be nice to have.
