I have found a place that sells dry sump oil pans for the naps z, l series, and a series. My question is a dry sump oil sytem good for daily driving and occasinal track use

Yes......overkill for the street, but certainly a good idea for track use.

I figured it would be over kill for the street but it would give me tons of celarence for my naps z conversion, my concern was reliability

i dont think id pay that for a darn oil pan, maybee 200 if it was at least anodized or podercoated. must be a quality part though

Well for he info i have found on dry sumps so far, I have deciede against it and I am back on the hunt for a front sump pan

I have an A series dry sump pan for sale for $250
and an alloy rocker cover with no filler hole to suit for $120
Also Peterson 5 gallon dry sump oil tank with heaters. Damaged top mount (repairable) some small dents $200
