ok. what is the section of thin metal behind the grill called? just behind the radiator? i assume this has to be removed when doing the ca conversion yeh? so you can fit in the intercooler etc. do you know what i'm talking about?

does that need to be removed when you do the ca conversion? i was looking at it today and dreaming and thought it would either have to be removed or highly modified (ie cut up) to fit in a radiator and intercooler

yeh i had to cut a fair bit away from mine just to fit a supra cooler it was that or my grill and i didnt want to spoil the look of my front end

this is a pick of danes ute which is where i got my runing gear from it should give you some idea how much you may have to cut out

haha it was actually these pictures that made me go and visually measure up how much stuff was coming out. it won't be for a while when i start doing it but it's still a good idea i suppose to start some planning.

best thing is to mesure it up when you get your cooler the less you cut out the better i think
