Hi been looking for a new house lately, with more land and a bigger shed.

Found one that had a huge brick L shaped shed that could fit about 8 datsuns in it. it even had a toilet and shower, pool room with a bar and a heated swiming pool next to the shed.

Even another shed out the back.

Even the house was large.

At the moment i only have 6m X7m shed.

What shed do you have? and is it true the bigger the shed the more crap you gather?

my shed is about 10 feet x 20 feet, but there is enough room in there for the zed and benches and all my tools and a stack of zed and 1200 stuff, even leaving enoughh room to move and work freely around the car with its doors open. id hate to have a bigger one cos id reckon the extra space would fill up with crap veery quickly.

more room you have the more you collect... definately....

we had a shed, but dad had nowhere to park the car, so he built a garage. Couldn't fit the ute and the work trailer in the garage, so he built a lean-to on the shed. (rack goes on the side of it to put some wood in)
then there was this little alley way in between the shed and the fence. Dad put a roof on it (lean to number two) so he could put wood, and other bits and pieces down there. Then the company needed a place to store stuff, so he built a bigger shed behind that shed. Not long after we bought a boat. Dad didn't want that sitting in the rain so he built a lean-to on the second shed to fit the boat under. In the process of building the second shed, the BIG woodstack had to be moved. Dad built a lean-to on the boat lean-to so that he could put the woodstack there... (btw there's a woodstack next to that lean-to as well...)

then I came along and started doing up cars... not enough room in the shed to park a car and walk around it, and couldn't put it in the business shed, so dad built a lean-to out the front of the first shed.... and i started doing up my car there.

Now I bought another car, and haven't got any space to park it... would you believe.. so guess what??? dad wants to build a lean-to in between the two sheds so i can park my other car there....

1 double car garage, 2 sheds, 5 lean-to's, 1 chook shed, 1 duck shed, and 1 woodshed...

and yep, they're all FULL! my new project is half in the rain, half under dad's lean-to...

So yes... i guess you tend to collect a lot of junk when you have the room. On the plus side, I almost have enough parts to start a datsun wreckers...

My shed is roughly 60 feet x 50 feet, in the three months since moving here my number of cars and boats has doubled, it took less time to fill this shed than it took to fill the double garage at my old house, from here there is no moving back to the suburbs.

I have a four bay (2x2cars deep) and a single shed about 12mx5m.

The single shed was big enough to do a 6cyl to V8 swap in my XD. And I hope to rebuild my Kb10 in there now that my XD is on the road.

The four bay, as much as I would love to keep it, is curently being turned into a granny flat which makes more financial sense than filling it full of A series engines and other bits.

Yes the sheds do fill quickly my 20 foot by 20 foot garage will only hold one car at a time. With two good sized work benches and two tool boxes. Time for a mass cleaning, and send things to new locations.
