Hi all, Newbie here. Do you guys discuss trucks? I have a 620 with an L20B motor. It has an antifreese leak that apears to be at the intake/exaust manifold. Is this something a backyard mechanic can fix??? Any advice, and or direction is very apriciated. Thanx in advance, Jim

it's probably one of those annoying heated intake manifolds leaking. sometimes they stop if they're only leaking a little drop or two. maybe check that the nuts are tight.
my car leaked a bit out the intake and tightening the bolts never cured it, it just stopped doing it, i suspect minerals finally built up and sealed it, never to leak again.

maybe take the manifolds off, get a new gasket and smear some sealant around the water holes before putting it back on and tighening the bolts fully.
I'm running a twin weber manifold with no galleres so i bought little welch plugs and put them in the holes.

do those things have welsh plugs behind the manifold? its most likely a welsh plug and these can be fixed at home as long as u have a big hammer (no im seious) and the right size socket, a pin punch and a spare few hours (takes ages for a 1st timer)
start by pulling off the manifold and check to make sure that it is a welsh plug. if it isnt then its probably a good idea to do them anyway because its best to be safe than sorry.

nah they dont have welch plugs in them normally, they are just an open passage that allows water to flow into the inlet manifold. I bought (12mm I think...) welch plugs and put them into the head to stop the leaking.

Does anyone have any kind of pics, possibly of a tech manual showing the manifolds?
