I may have those parts what do you mean by rear head rests?. The trunk handle is on a complete trunk

It was an option. I've never seen some in person, only have schematics. They're head rests for the rear seats. Don't know if they'd be the same as the fronts.

A Portugal guy said there were two styles.
Don't know if that's true.
I'd post the pic here, but I don't have an extra hour to spend. I gave up on posting pics here a year ago. And I don't want to hear from anyone about how easy it is. There are many more things I'd rather be doing than re-sizing pics, when it should be as easy as a double click. It's 2006 for God's sake. But this site still kicks ass on MY website. Don't get me wrong.

Yes, it is called a "trunk handle".

There's only one style listed for USA models, but like Mathat I can't say I've ever seen one on a USA car.
