i think a ca20 will easily fit into a 1200 ute, maybe in the tray on the way to the wreckers.....
for the amount of work ull do u mikght as well have a ca18det or at the least a ca18de.

CA20 is not a particularly great engine
CA18ET is ok i guess, you can boost it to about 250hp max before pistons start to come through the block
200SX/S12 Silvia/Gazelle engines were pretty crappy (apart from the FJ)

^^^ ur right.. lol
Was that even a question???
seriously though
Read what everone on here is saying..

ditch the ca20 idea..
start with a decent engine..

the ca18de would be my choice for a budget build..
then the essiential mods ie ..engine/gearbox mounts, tailshaft are already done for when u can afford to go the ca18det

CA18DE in a 1200 is still a burnout machine. Used to pull hard. But nothing like a DET

a 1200 with a CA18DET is like having a porn star girlfriend.
